Robert manages the day-to-day activities of Highland. He has been in financial services since 1993 and has the opportunity to work with such firms as Norwest Mortgage (currently Wells Fargo), GE Capital, and First Horizon Financial Services. He received a BA in Business Administration from Trinity Western University (Langley, BC) and a MBA with a concentration in finance from the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Robert, and his wife Cindy, live in Woodinville where they have been active raising a family.
